Quantity Surveyor – Food Retail Fit-Out (Nationwide) Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support a strong pipeline of food retail fit-out projects across the UK. This role involves working on fast-paced, nationwide retail schemes.

Key Responsibilities

* Commercial management of food retail fit-out projects from pre-contract through to final account

* Preparation and control of budgets, cost plans, and forecasts

* Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts

* Procurement and management of subcontractor packages

* Liaising with clients, project managers, and site teams

* Ensuring projects are delivered within agreed commercial targets

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within food retail fit-out (essential)

* Experience working on fast-track retail projects

* Strong commercial and contractual knowledge

* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

* Willingness to travel for nationwide work

* Relevant Quantity Surveying or construction-related qualification (preferred)
