Job Title: Energy Consultant

Key Responsibilities:
– Conduct energy assessments and provide recommendations for improving energy efficiency in buildings.
– Utilize TM 52 and TM 54 methodologies to evaluate thermal comfort and energy performance.
– Ensure compliance with Part L and Part O of building regulations.
– Utilize IES software for dynamic thermal simulation and building performance analysis.
– Perform SAP calculations for residential buildings to ensure energy compliance.
– Generate Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) and advise on energy performance improvements.
– Implement NABERS UK assessments for office buildings to benchmark energy performance.

Skills and Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in energy consulting or a related field.
– Strong knowledge of low carbon design principles.
– Proficiency in TM 52, TM 54, Part L, Part O, IES, SAP, EPCs, and NABERS.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
