Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)

Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee residential new build projects in NW London. The role can be fully off the tools, or hands-on if preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Full management of residential new build sites

*

Programming and coordinating subcontractors

*

Managing quality, health & safety, and site paperwork

*

Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers

*

Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget

Requirements:

*

Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential new builds

*

Plumber or electrician background highly desirable

*

SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS

*

Strong leadership and organisational skills

Salary up to £60k depending on experience
