Senior Project Manager
A leading multidisciplinary construction consultancy is looking for a Senior Project Manager to join their South London office to lead a portfolio of high-end residential and mixed-use developments across the capital. This role offers the Senior Project Manager the opportunity to manage landmark schemes from early planning through to completion, while also contributing to client strategy and team development.

The Senior Project Manager's role
The Senior Project Manager will take full ownership of multiple projects in the £20m-£80m range, leading both internal teams and external stakeholders. Duties include:
Delivering major residential and mixed-use schemes through all RIBA stages
Leading client relationships and stakeholder engagement
Preparing and maintaining project reports, risk logs and master programmes
Overseeing procurement, contract negotiation and JCT/NEC administration
Managing consultant and contractor teams to ensure delivery quality
Mentoring junior PMs and supporting business development
The Senior Project Manager will have a visible role on flagship London schemes and the opportunity to shape delivery strategy across the practice.
The Senior Project Manager
The ideal Senior Project Manager will have:
A degree in a construction-related discipline
Minimum 5+ years of consultancy experience with recent leadership responsibilities
Experience delivering high-value residential or mixed-use developments
Chartered status (MRICS, MCIOB, or MAPM)
Strong contract administration knowledge
Excellent communication and team management skills
