Project Manager
An established construction consultancy in North London is seeking a Project Manager to lead a variety of residential and mixed-use developments across the region. This is an ideal opportunity for a Project Manager who enjoys working on design-led schemes and is confident delivering multiple projects concurrently.
The successful Project Manager will join a consultancy known for its low staff turnover, collaborative culture, and strong client relationships. With several schemes already in planning and more in pre-construction, this Project Manager position offers excellent project pipeline security.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including early-stage client engagement, feasibility studies, programme and cost planning, and delivery oversight. Specific duties will include:
Leading the delivery of multiple residential and commercial schemes
Preparing and managing project documentation including reports, contracts, and risk registers
Managing internal teams, consultants and external stakeholders
Overseeing planning, procurement and delivery stages
Leading client meetings and acting as the key point of contact
This Project Manager role requires a balance of technical knowledge and stakeholder management across high-specification schemes.
The Project Manager
The ideal Project Manager will have:
A BSc/MSc in Project Management, Construction, Quantity Surveying or related field
Experience working in a consultancy or client-side setting
Residential or mixed-use sector experience
Contract administration experience (JCT preferred)
A clear progression path toward chartership (MRICS or MAPM desirable)
