Salary: to £50k + package

Based: Wales (CF35)

* Are you a Quantity Surveyor with Civils Framework experience?

* Do you want to work on a long term regional utilities contract for a highly respected Civil Engineering Contractor?

An exciting opportunity has developed to work for a leading UK Civils Contractor on a major Utilities contract. The role will be for a Quantity Surveyor to come in and join the Commercial Team.

Key criteria for the role will include:

* Experience working on a Civil Engineering framework

* Able to work independently, working on a sizeable project and working within a commercial team

* Strong eye for commercial opportunity, and be able to drive profit and efficiency

* Good at multi-tasking

* Strong client interfacing skills

* Strong contract management and negotiation skills

* Looking for a long-term role
