£90,000 – £120,000 + Bonus
Are you a Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial ready to take ownership of the commercial function in a fast-scaling luxury fit-out business?
This contractor is delivering some of London’s most prestigious interiors projects, with turnover set to grow from £12.5m to £20m+ in the next two years. The MD is still hands-on with commercial activity – and now needs a proven Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial to step in and elevate the function.
The Role
* Lead a small team of surveyors & oversee commercial sign-offs for 6–7 Project Managers.
* As Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial, you’ll take full accountability for valuations, forecasting & profit protection.
* Report directly to the board on performance & risk.
* Stay client-facing, ensuring projects are delivered commercially sound.
About You
* 10–15 years’ Quantity Surveying / Commercial Management experience.
* Background as a Commercial Manager / Head of Commercial in luxury fit-out or interiors.
* Financially sharp, commercially confident, and strong negotiator.
* Degree in QS or Commercial Management. MRICS/MCIOB desirable.
