Salary: £34-40,000

An established and highly respected architectural and design consultancy is seeking a qualified Architect to join its growing multidisciplinary team. With over 30 years of experience, the practice is recognised for delivering commercially astute, design-led solutions across a diverse portfolio that includes garden centres, farm shops, commercial, retail and rural development projects.

Responsibilities

Leading and contributing to architectural design across all RIBA stages
Preparing and coordinating planning applications and supporting documentation
Producing detailed design and technical drawing packages
Liaising closely with clients, consultants and local authorities
Coordinating multidisciplinary design information to ensure cohesive project delivery
Supporting junior team members where required
Ensuring projects comply with UK Building Regulations and planning policyThe Ideal Candidate

ARB-registered Architect with experience in UK practice
Strong design and technical skills with a pragmatic, commercial approach
Experience delivering planning-led projects is highly desirable
Proficient in AutoCAD and/or BIM software (Revit experience advantageous)
Good working knowledge of UK planning policy and Building Regulations
Confident communicator with strong organisational skills
Able to work independently while contributing positively to a collaborative teamWhat's on Offer
