Job Title: Site Manager – Residential Projects
Location: York (travel up to 60+ miles)
Salary: £39,520 + benefits

The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee multiple residential projects at any one time. You will typically manage 2–3 projects simultaneously, ranging in value from £150,000 to £1 million.

Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate residential construction projects from start to finish

*

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards

*

Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers

*

Oversee site health and safety compliance

Requirements:

Previous site management experience, ideally in residential projects

*

Strong organizational and communication skills

*

Ability to manage multiple projects and travel within a 60+ mile radius
