£38,000 Van & Fuel Card Permanent Role

Build Recruitment are working with a leading social housing contractor who are looking to recruit an experienced General Multi Trader to join their reactive maintenance team covering Slough.

This is a permanent position carrying out day-to-day reactive repairs within occupied social housing properties.

The Role:

Reactive maintenance work within social housing

Carrying out multi-trade repairs including basic carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and general maintenance

Working Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Out-of-hours rota: 1 in 8

Company van and fuel card provided

Requirements:

Proven experience working as a Multi Trader within social housing

Time-served tradespeople welcome

Ability to work independently and deliver a good level of customer service

Full UK driving licence

Package:

£38,000 per annum

Company van & fuel card

Permanent, stable employment
