Manage leisure and sports projects from inception through to completion
Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications
Produce planning, technical, and construction drawings
Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achievedSkills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician include:

Relevant degree within architectural technology or architecture
Relevant post qualification experience in a relevant role within a UK practice
Proficiency with Revit
Experience managing projects across various sectors
Working knowledge of UK building regulations
Job running experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills
