ER Advisor (Remote)

We are pleased to be supporting our client in the search for a strong ER Advisor to join their HR team.

Salary: up to £38,000

Location: Remote (occasional travel required)

Hours: Monday-Friday

The Role:

Provide expert ER advice to managers across the business
Handle complex casework including disciplinaries, grievances, absence and performance
Act as an escalation point within the HR team
Advise on employment law, policies, TUPE, redundancy and change
Support HR projects and maintain accurate HR system dataAbout You:

Strong ER case management experience
Background supporting a multi-site, customer-facing workforce
Knowledge of TUPE, redundancy and Employment Tribunal processes
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
