Site Manager

We are working with a reputable main contractor seeking a Site Manager to take responsibility for a £1.8 million mews development, covering brick-built construction, groundworks, and underpinning works.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to take full control of a small-to-medium sized project, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to high quality standards.

The Role:

* Full site management responsibility for a £1.8m mews development

* Overseeing brick-built construction, groundworks, and underpinning

* Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site labour

* Ensuring health, safety, and quality compliance on site

* Coordinating programme, materials, and resources

* Regular reporting to the project director or senior management

* Liaising with clients, consultants, and design teams as required

The Ideal Candidate:

* Proven experience as a Site Manager with a stable employment track record

* Experience with brick-built construction, groundworks, and underpinning

* Strong leadership and communication skills

* Knowledge of CDM, health & safety, and quality standards

* CSCS card and relevant construction qualifications

Salary on Offer:

* Salary up to £65,000
