Job Title: Project Manager – High-End Residential

Location: Central / South West London

Salary: £65,000 – £75,000 per annum (DOE)

Our client base is continuously looking for experienced Project Manager's to join their dynamic residential design & build companies based in and around Central and South West London. These roles typically involve overseeing multiple high-spec residential refurbishment projects (typically £500k-£4mil), driving delivery from pre-construction through to handover, and acting as the key link between directors, clients, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage multiple high-end residential projects simultaneously.
Lead project delivery from pre-construction to completion.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and site teams.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Provide regular updates and reports to directors and stakeholders.
Support continuous improvement of project processes within the business.

Experience & Skills Required:

Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction (contractor or D&B).
Strong organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects at once.
Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills.
Ambitious, proactive, and motivated to grow within a fast-scaling building and construction business.
Ability to take ownership of projects and work collaboratively with a supportive team.
