Architectural Technologist

Overview:You will be joining a RIBA-chartered Architectural Practice as an experienced Architectural Technologist to support the technical delivery of design projects across all RIBA stages within the residential and commercial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop BIM models and technical detailing packages.
Produce architectural specifications and design documentation.
Conduct technical audits and manage compliance with building regulations.
Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to deliver high-quality outputs.
Contribute to the development of practice standards and technical strategy.Skills & Experience:

Strong technical drawing and detailing skills.
Proficiency in Revit, Adobe InDesign, NBS Chorus, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Loop.
Deep understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction technologies.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or Architecture (RIBA Part 1).
CIAT registration preferred.Benefits:
