The Role

Our client is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of a diverse range of residential and commercial construction projects. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior management and project teams from pre-construction through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

Preparing cost plans, estimates, and budgets

*

Managing procurement, subcontractor packages, and valuations

*

Monitoring project costs and cash flow

*

Preparing and agreeing interim valuations and final accounts

*

Managing variations, change control, and commercial risk

*

Supporting pre-construction and tender processes

*

Working collaboratively with clients, consultants, and internal teams

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the construction industry

*

Strong knowledge of residential and/or commercial projects

*

Excellent commercial awareness and cost control skills

*

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently

*

Strong communication and negotiation skills

*

Relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (preferred)
