About the role
As an Associate Building Surveyor, you will:
* Deliver excellent service and manage a range of client types
* Build and maintain strong client relationships while identifying new business opportunities
* Support and develop junior building surveyors within the team
Key responsibilities
* Contract administration
* Technical due diligence
* Dilapidations
* Building pathology
About you
* MRICS qualified (2+ years' post qualification experience)
* Degree in Building Surveying (BSc or MSc) or related field
* Commercially astute with strong technical knowledge
* Proven ability to meet fee targets and support generation of new business
* Collaborative team player with a supportive and approachable outlook
