The Role

Our client is looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the successful delivery of multiple construction projects. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Managing multiple live projects from contract award to completion

*

Overseeing site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners

*

Ensuring compliance with programme, budget, and quality requirements

*

Leading health & safety performance across sites

*

Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal departments

*

Supporting pre-construction planning and buildability input

*

Resolving on-site issues efficiently and collaboratively

Requirements

*

Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within the construction sector

*

Strong background in residential and/or commercial construction

*

Excellent leadership and people-management skills

*

Strong understanding of construction contracts and programme management

*

Ability to build effective relationships with clients and stakeholders

*

Full UK driving licence
