Mechanical Project Manager

The Client and Project Info:

My client is a leading M&E Contractor who are currently recruiting a Mechanical Project Manager to deliver a residential scheme in North London. The project involves managing the full mechanical package on a multi-unit housing development from pre-construction through to completion.

Mechanical Project Manager Responsibilities:

Managing the delivery of the mechanical package on a residential development.

*

Coordinating site teams, Mechanical Supervisors, and subcontractors.

*

Overseeing programme, quality, and health & safety performance.

*

Managing design coordination, technical submissions, and procurement.

*

Working closely with clients, consultants, and internal commercial teams.

*

Managing QA processes, inspections, and handover documentation.

*

Identifying and resolving technical and programme issues.

*

Attending client, design, and progress meetings.

Mechanical Project Manager Requirements:

*

Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on residential schemes.

*

Background working for an M&E or Mechanical Contractor.

*

Mechanical trade or engineering qualification.

*

SMSTS or equivalent.

*

Strong technical knowledge of residential building services.

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills.
