Rare Design Manager Opportunity (Permanent position) – Super Prime Fit Out Project
We are working exclusively on a confidential search for an exceptional Design Manager to take a leading role on an ultra-luxury fit out project in Central London.
Our client is a premier refurbishment contractor renowned for delivering ultra-high end projects across luxury residential, hotel, and hospitality sectors.
This is a multi-phase refurbishment and new build scheme that consists of the fit out of four super-prime penthouse suites delivered to palace-level specifications, alongside a signature restaurant.
Our client are actively seeking a talented and experienced Senior Design Manager / Lead Designer who thrives in the ultra-luxury market and possesses a passion for creating extraordinary, bespoke environments that redefine opulence.
The appointed Design Manager will coordinate the design delivery between the architects, specialist trades, and the client design team, ensuring uncompromising quality and seamless integration of all finishes, services, and bespoke joinery.
The ideal candidate will have experience working for a main contractor on luxury hotel, hospitality, or high-end residential projects – ideally with exposure to super-prime or royal-standard finishes.
