Senior Quantity Surveyor

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with some estimating experience to join a well-established construction team. You will play a key role in managing project costs, preparing accurate estimates, and ensuring projects are delivered within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage cost planning, budgeting, and reporting throughout projects

Prepare and review tender documentation and cost estimates

*

Conduct commercial risk assessments and manage variations

*

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors

*

Ensure compliance with contractual and financial obligations

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor

*

Some experience in estimating and tendering

*

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills

*

Excellent communication and organisational skills
