Commercial Lead – Water

Pinnacle Recruitment are looking for an experienced Commercial Lead to support the delivery of clean and wastewater infrastructure projects.
You will take commercial responsibility for water sector projects and frameworks, working closely with operational teams to drive financial performance, manage risk, and ensure contractual compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Commercial management of water projects from contract award to final account
*
Preparation and reporting of CVRs, forecasts, and cashflow
*
Management of change, variations, and compensation events
*
Contract administration (NEC3/NEC4)
*
Procurement, negotiation, and management of subcontractors
*
Client and stakeholder engagement within framework environments
*
Commercial leadership and support to project teams
About You
*
Proven experience as a Commercial Manager or Senior Quantity Surveyor
*
Strong background in the UK water sector (clean or wastewater)
*
Experience working on framework-based delivery (AMP environment)
*
Strong knowledge of NEC contracts
*
Commercially astute with strong communication and negotiation skills
Qualifications
*
Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, or similar
*
MRICS / MCIOB (desirable)
