Hill McGlynn Recruitment is proud to be working in partnership with a respected residential developer to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager, based on a traditional build housing development in Medway, Kent.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-structured developer delivering a steady build programme of approximately 40-50 units per year, offering stability, quality-focused delivery, and a professional working environment. The successful candidate will report directly into a visiting Construction Director.
 
The Role As Senior Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring the development is delivered safely, on programme, to quality standards, and within budget.
 
Key responsibilities include:

Full site management of a traditional build residential scheme
Managing and coordinating subcontractors and direct labour
Ensuring works are delivered in line with programme and build quality standards
Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
Coordinating inspections and managing snagging through to handover
Liaising with the visiting Construction Director and providing regular progress updates
Ensuring customer care and NHBC standards are met About You
Proven experience as a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager within residential development
Strong background in traditional build housing
Track record of delivering residential units to programme and quality targets
SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills What's on Offer
