Our client, a well-established and growing M&E Contractor, is seeking an experienced Facilities Management Contracts Manager to join their team. This is a key role responsible for managing and delivering FM service contracts across a portfolio of technically complex buildings following project handover.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Facilities Management contracts covering mechanical, electrical, and associated building services
Oversee hard FM service delivery, ensuring works are completed safely, compliantly, and in line with contractual KPIs
Act as the main point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal delivery teams
Manage contract mobilisation, variations, renewals, and performance reviews
Monitor financial performance, budgets, and cost control across FM contracts
Coordinate with project delivery and engineering teams to ensure smooth transition from construction to FM
Carry out site audits, inspections, and compliance checks
Ensure statutory compliance, health & safety, and SLA adherence across all contracts
Support tendering, procurement, and appointment of FM supply chain partnersRequirements:

Proven experience in Facilities Management contract management, ideally within an M&E contracting environment
Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services
Experience managing hard FM services and maintenance contracts
Good knowledge of statutory compliance, H&S legislation, and industry standards
Commercially astute with experience managing budgets and contract performance
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Relevant qualification in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline (desirable)What's on Offer:
