Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with cost planning, budgeting, and tendering for residential projects.

Support the preparation of valuations, progress reports, and commercial documentation.

Work closely with project teams to monitor costs and ensure projects remain on budget.

Liaise with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors under the guidance of senior QS staff.

About You:

Some experience in quantity surveying or a related construction role is preferred.
