The Role
As a Junior Document Controller, you will play a vital role in supporting the project team by managing the flow of technical documentation. You will ensure that all project information is accurate, up-to-date, and distributed correctly across the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Registering, tracking, and distributing project documents (drawings, reports, etc.).
*
Maintaining accurate electronic and hard copy filing systems.
*
Ensuring all documentation complies with company and quality standards.
*
Liaising with project managers, engineers, and sub-contractors.
*
Assisting with the archiving of project data upon completion.
*
Generating status reports for the management team.
The Candidate
The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and ready to hit the ground running.
Requirements:

Experience: Previous experience in a document control or high-level administrative role is highly desirable.
*
IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). Experience with EDMS (Electronic Document Management Systems) is a significant advantage.

Attributes: Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Availability: Must be available for an immediate start (or very short notice period).
