Happy new year everyone! We have started off as we mean to go on, busy!

I've been asked to find a Site Manager for a boutique hotel refurbishment in the heart of the West End. It's 95 bedrooms with 95 en suites worth circa £40m.

The client is asking for someone to be able to manage the sub-contractors in the correct fashion which is being organised with detail and being out on site pushing delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Managing the fit out of the bedrooms, from first fix.
Ensure QA is upheld
Co-ordination with sub-contractors
Identifying potential problems, offering buildability solutions
Someone who is tech savvy.
Someone who can engage with the supply chain and other team memberRequirements for Site Manager
