Water Hygiene Engineer

Location: South London (Southwark & Lambeth), East London (Tower Hamlets), Kent (Tunbridge Wells) – within the M25
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000
Contract: Permanent

We are looking for an experienced Water Hygiene Engineer to join our team, carrying out water hygiene and Legionella control works in line with ACOP L8 and HSG 274.

Key Duties:

*

Temperature monitoring, water sampling, tank & calorifier inspections

*

TMV servicing and failsafe checks

*

Cleaning and disinfection of water systems

*

Minor remedial plumbing works (dead legs, pipework modifications)

*

Completing service reports and maintaining compliance

Requirements:

*

Experience in water hygiene / Legionella control

*

Knowledge of ACOP L8 & HSG 274

*

Full UK driving licence

*

Good communication skills

Desirable:

*

Plumbing qualifications (NVQ / City & Guilds)

*

Legionella or Water Hygiene training
