This is an excellent opportunity for a Junior Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Assistant looking to build a long-term career within a highly regarded commercial landscaping contractor. You'll work on high-profile, design-led projects while receiving structured support, training, and clear progression into a Quantity Surveyor role.

Continued growth has created the need for an additional commercial support hire within the team.

Based from the office near Ashford, you'll support the commercial team across multiple projects, assisting with applications for payment, variations, purchase orders, cost tracking, and reporting. This role offers hands-on exposure to the full commercial process, making it ideal for someone looking to progress into a fully-fledged Quantity Surveyor position. This is an office-based role with no hybrid working.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a commercial or Quantity Surveying role within construction, landscaping, or a related sector. You'll be organised, commercially aware, confident with Excel, and keen to learn from experienced colleagues in a supportive environment.

The Person:
* 1+ year experience as a Junior QS, Assistant QS, or Commercial Assistant
* Background in construction, landscaping, or a related industry
* Strong numerical, organisational, and Excel skills
* Ambitious, motivated, and keen to progress long term
* Able to commute to Ashford, Surrey
