A luxury property management firm is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance operations of a prestigious property portfolio. You will manage a team, coordinate contractors, and ensure that all technical systems are maintained to the highest standards in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates possess a strong technical foundation and exceptional organizational skills

The role is to –
t omake sure the maintenance works on sites is done and to oversee manager role – social housing
Requirements for Job:
·Full UK driving license – not EU licence
·Experience of working in social housing commercial settings to oversee three flats one house and two offices
