Description

Manage the delivery of commercial fit-out and residential projects across multiple stages
Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure programme and cost objectives are achieved
Develop and manage project programmes, risk registers, and reporting documentation
Support procurement strategies, contract administration, and change control processes
Provide clear, regular project updates to senior stakeholders and client teams
Ensure projects are delivered to high quality, safety, and compliance standardsProfile

Demonstrable experience delivering commercial fit-out and/or residential projects
Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working within a consultancy or client-side project management environment
Ability to manage multiple workstreams and priorities in a fast-paced setting
