FM Search & Select are recruiting on behalf of a national facilities management provider for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to be based on a large, static site in Glasgow. This is a key on-site role, responsible for supervising electrical maintenance activities and leading a team of engineers to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient service delivery.

The Role

Supervise and lead an on-site electrical maintenance team

*

Oversee planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive works

*

Ensure all electrical works are carried out in line with regulations and site procedures

*

Allocate work, monitor performance, and provide technical support to engineers

*

Act as the main electrical point of contact on site

*

Manage subcontractors when required

*

Ensure compliance with health & safety, permits, and statutory requirements

*

Complete reports, documentation, and compliance records

The Ideal Candidate

*

Fully qualified electrician

*

Proven experience in a supervisory role within a maintenance environment

*

Strong background working on large, complex sites

*

Confident leading and motivating maintenance teams

*

Strong electrical maintenance and compliance knowledge

*

Good communication and organisational skills
