Job Title: Mechanical Site Manager
Location: North London
Salary: £65K + Package

The Role:

*

Responsible for the day-toa-day management of all mechanical site activities on a high-end residential project in North London.

*

Overseeing, coordinating, and successfully delivering mechanical installation works across large-scale residential and commercial projects.

*

Ensuring all mechanical works are carried out to a high standard, with full compliance to RAMS, site safety plans, and project-specific health & safety requirements.

*

Managing site-based procurement, ordering of materials, and coordination of subcontractors, ensuring works comply with drawings and specifications.

*

Maintaining strong working relationships with clients, main contractors, consultants, and supply chain partners to ensure works are programmed and delivered efficiently.

*

Attending and contributing to regular site meetings, including design coordination, technical reviews, and progress meetings.

*

Managing direct labour and subcontractors on site, ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance with legal and statutory requirements.

Over 30 years’ experience delivering MEP projects across Northern Ireland and London.

Head office based in Northern Ireland with an established London presence.

*

Employs approximately 100 staff.

*

Current annual turnover of circa £55m.

*

This position has been created due to sustained growth and an increasing project pipeline.

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Minimum 5+ years’ experience working as a Mechanical Site Manager (or similar site-based mechanical role).

*

Proven experience delivering high-end residential mechanical projects valued up to £5m.

*

Holds a Black CSCS Managers Card (SSSTS/SMSTS essential; HND/HNC advantageous).

*

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple work fronts under pressure.

*

Excellent communication and coordination skills.

*

Willing to work on-site in London most days.
