The Role
We are seeking a Junior SHEQ Advisor with 1–2 years’ experience in a construction or site-based environment to support Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality standards across multiple live projects in and around the M25.
Working closely with Senior SHEQ Advisors and site management teams, you will help promote a positive safety culture while gaining further hands-on experience and professional development within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation and monitoring of SHEQ policies and management systems

Provide day-to-day SHEQ support to site teams
*
Conduct site inspections, audits, and behavioural safety observations
*
Assist with the preparation, review, and monitoring of RAMS
*
Support incident, accident, and near-miss investigations and reporting
*
Deliver or assist with site inductions, toolbox talks, and safety briefings
*
Monitor compliance with legislation, company procedures, and project requirements
*
Maintain accurate SHEQ records and documentation
About You
*
1–2 years’ experience in a SHEQ, H&S, or site-based construction role
*
Working knowledge of UK health & safety legislation
*
Confident engaging with site operatives, supervisors, and management
*
Proactive, organised, and keen to continue developing professionally
*
Comfortable working across multiple sites
*
Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel in and around the M25
Qualifications
*
NEBOSH General Certificate (or working towards)
*
IOSH Managing Safely
*
CSCS Card
