Façade Design Manager

The successful candidate will have a proven track record within the construction industry and preferably façade design. This would be to lead the design of projects, manage the design process, produce and manage design programmes, work closely with designers and their clients design teams to manage the process.

Working closely within their design team to co-ordinate projects and work with the site teams on design problems.

The successful applicant will be required to:

• Have knowledge and experience of façade design management.

• Work closely with clients and lead the design process with clients and site teams.

• Produce design programmes and monitor these.

• Have knowledge and experience of CAD design which may be utilised.

• Knowledge in both 2D and 3D modelling would be advantageous.

• Have good communication skills and professionalism.

• Be able to work as part of a team and individually.

• Have a valid driving licence and be willing to travel to sites occasionally.
