To support this growth, they are seeking an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to take on the financial management of projects

Operating within a close-knit commercial team, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing costs, preparing budgets, and ensuring commercial viability on each project

You will need:

At least 2 years experience in a Quantity Surveyor role within a main contractor environment

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively

Understanding of commercial and contractual principles

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
