Permanent Site Manager – Fit Out
We are currently working with a well-established fit-out contractor who are looking to appoint a Permanent Site Manager to join their growing team.
This role will suit a Site Manager with strong fit-out experience who is happy to work on projects across the UK, while being able to attend the company’s Bristol head office as required.
Role Overview:
As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the successful day-to-day delivery of commercial fit-out projects, ensuring works are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing site operations from start to completion
* Coordinating subcontractors and trades on site
* Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed
* Managing programmes, quality control, and progress reporting
* Liaising with clients, contracts managers, and office teams
* Attending meetings at the Bristol office when required
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within commercial fit-out
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black or Gold), First Aid, Fire Marshall, Asbestos Awareness, and Temporaray works Coordinator
* Strong organisational and leadership skills
* Willingness to travel and work on sites across the UK
* Ability to attend the Bristol office as part of the role
