Part 2 Architectural Assistant

A respected RIBA practice of 30 in central Cardiff who have 20 years of business behind them are looking to bring in some new talent for 2026. They specialise in the social housing and care home sectors and have a large amount of entrusted clients.

Working in a dedicated team you will work with the Senior Architect developing deigns for clients in the early design stages and assist with detailed drawings for planning submissions. This role will see you participating at design meetings and working with various consultants.

We are looking to speak with candidates who are literate with REVIT and Photoshop who are RIBA Part 2 accredited. You will hold good presentation skills and be able to produce accurate technical information within project timeframes.

The working week is 37 hours with core hours between 10 and 4 working from a very well positioned studio with great amenities nearby. They have a low staff turnover and a good track record of recruiting people internally.
