Quantity Surveyor – Cut & Carve Project – Central London

Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 + car allowance + bonus

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a high-profile Cut & Carve project in Central London with a project value of up to £50 million. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated professional to play a key role in a challenging and prestigious development.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of cost planning, procurement, and contract administration.

Prepare accurate cost reports and forecasts throughout the project lifecycle.

Collaborate closely with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure budget adherence.

Identify, assess, and mitigate cost-related risks.

Support the negotiation of contracts and variations.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, preferably on high-value London projects.

Strong knowledge of cost management, contract law, and procurement processes.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
