Duration: 7–8 Weeks
Day Rate: £250 – £275 per day (DOE)

Join a leading main contractor, to deliver two high-profile commercial fit-out projects on a tight programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day site operations across both units
* Coordinate subcontractors and trades for smooth delivery
* Maintain programme and quality standards
* Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations
* Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and maintain site records
* Liaise with the client and project team, providing regular progress updates
Requirements
* Proven experience managing CAT A commercial fit-out/refurbishment projects
* SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid certifications
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to manage short-term programmes efficiently
* Asbestos Awareness desirable
