Architectural Technician

As permanent Architect Technician you will be joining a practice who is firmly dedicated to offering its clients exceptional quality of service- serves the whole of the UK market with a main focus on the London and South West area. The core of their business is conversion, extension and renovation of buildings along with the design of new buildings – which has led them to win a lot of new business to take them into 2026

As an experienced Architect Technician you will focus on residential projects and be able to conduct measured surveys and design sessions with clients. You will need to be confident meeting clients face to face and able to confidently present detailed and design packages. You will be involved with drawing up planning applications and liaise with consultants and contractors

Requirements:

* To be successful in this role you will require a minimum 3 years’ experience of working on residential and commercial projects and it is vital you can use your own initiative and hit the ground running to be a part of this winning team.

Benefits

* You will be rewarded with a starting salary of £30k to £35k for this permanent role with flexible working hours which will enable you to work from the office and home. As this is a business development role there will be opportunity for growth and progression within the practice for the right candidate. You will be primarily based in Cardiff but have the opportunity to work with clients around the UK with a focus on London and the South West
