We are now looking to speak to a talented Architect to join the Glasgow studio. This is an excellent opportunity to play a pivotal role in the delivery of exceptional residential projects, from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities for this Architect role:

Lead and coordinate the delivery of residential projects, ensuring quality and design intent are maintained throughout
Manage project programmes, budgets, and resources effectively
Produce and oversee detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants, ensuring smooth communication and successful outcomes
Conduct site visits and inspections, addressing technical challenges and ensuring compliance with building standards
Contribute to the studio’s ethos of sustainable, innovative designRequirements for this Architect role: 

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
ARB registration (or working towards, with relevant professional experience)
Proven experience managing architectural projects, ideally within the residential sector
Strong knowledge of RIBA Stages 0–7 and project delivery processes
Proficiency in Revit (or similar design software)
Excellent project management, communication, and client-facing skills
