Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager – Retail Fit Out
Location: London & South East (Nationwide travel may be required)
Type: Temporary / Freelance
Rate: £280–£300 per shift (CIS / PAYE available)

We are currently seeking experienced Site Managers to support a number of temporary retail fit-out projects across London and the South East. These assignments offer the opportunity to work with reputable contractors and leading retail brands, delivering fast-paced refurbishment and fit-out programmes to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all on-site activities and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient project delivery

*

Deliver retail fit-out and refurbishment projects in line with client standards and brand guidelines, including M&S requirements

*

Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures

*

Monitor progress against programme schedules, budgets and quality standards

*

Prepare and maintain accurate site documentation, reports and records

*

Liaise effectively with clients, project teams, consultants and suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of works

Essential Requirements:

*

Valid CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certification

*

Proven experience delivering retail fit-out or refurbishment projects

*

Previous experience working on Marks & Spencer (M&S) store fit-outs or refurbishments

*

Experience managing fast-track, night-time or multi-site operations

*

Strong organisational, leadership and communication skills

*

Ability and willingness to travel across London, the South East and, where required, UK-wide
