Our client is an ambitious and well-established RIBA Chartered architectural practice known for exceptional High-End Residential design. Our client is ideally looking for an Architect to work within RIBA Stage 4, so a proven track record is essential when applying for this position. 

Key responsibilities for this Architect role includes:

Handle client relations while managing project budgets, schedules, and maintaining quality standards.
Collaborate with consultants and contractors to integrate building systems and ensure compliance with codes and regulations.
Perform site visits to conduct surveys, monitor progress, and address on-site issues.What we’re looking for in this Architect role:

Accredited Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in Architecture with ARB registration.
Minimum of 3 years’ professional experience in architectural practice with a track record of delivering successful projects.
Skilled in Revit
RIBA Stage 4
Demonstrates strong abilities in design, communication, presentation, analysis, and problem-solving.
