Architect

Konker is currently recruiting for an Architect to join the Cardiff office of a growing architectural practice. 

With an office based a short walk from Cardiff Central Station, this architectural practice of 09 is looking for someone to join their Cardiff office.

Having recently picked up a number of new and exciting projects, they are seeking an Architect who is eager to get stuck into projects in the residential, education, leisure and commercial sectors.

Ideally, you will have some years of experience as an Architect or Project Architect and be motivated to progress/commit to the business.

About the Role: Architect

Work in a variety of sectors – residential, commercial, and education.
Run projects from inception to completion.
Working knowledge of AutoCAD & Revit.
Previous experience as an Architect or Project Architects
Fee proposals, train junior staff, deputising Directors on occasion and able to work on more than one project at a time.
Interested in the management side of the business – management training will be provided. Salary: £35k-£45K
