Quantity Surveyor – Project Controls

We are seeking a commercially sharp Quantity Surveyor – Project Controls to join an experienced Group-level team. This is a high-visibility role where you will not just report data but influence financial strategies and commercial outcomes across a multi-billion-euro project portfolio.

Quantity Surveyor Responsibilities:

* Collate and analyze high volumes of commercial data to drive Executive-level insights.

* Prepare group-wide monthly summaries, cost performance reports, and trend analysis.

* Support quarterly revenue and profit forecasts.

* Identify financial risks and alignment issues across live international projects.

Quantity Surveyor Requirements:

* 8+ years in Cost Control, Commercial Administration, or Quantity Surveying.

* Expert-level MS Excel (Essential); SAP or Power BI (Desirable).

* Strong communicator capable of influencing Business Unit leaders; deadline driven.

* Background in QS or commercial construction.
