Permanent Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum

Due to a strong and growing pipeline of sustainability-focused retrofit projects, they are expanding their delivery team.

The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Retrofit Supervisor to oversee the delivery of retrofit and energy-efficiency works across multiple sites.

Projects will include:

*

Solar PV installations

*

Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)

*

Internal & external insulation

*

Window upgrades and wider fabric improvements

You will be responsible for supervising site teams and subcontractors, ensuring works are delivered safely, compliantly, on programme, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

*

Day-to-day supervision of retrofit works on site

*

Managing subcontractors and direct labour

*

Ensuring full health & safety compliance

*

Monitoring quality, programme, and productivity

*

Coordinating materials and site logistics

*

Liaising with clients, residents, and internal teams

*

Reporting progress and supporting project handovers

Requirements

*

Proven experience in a Supervisor role within retrofit, maintenance, or construction

*

Strong knowledge of Solar PV, ASHP, insulation, and fabric works

*

Experience working in occupied properties (preferred)

*

SSSTS or SMSTS (desirable)

*

Valid CSCS card

*

Full UK driving licence
