Contracts Manager – Coulsdon Office – Commercial Fitout Contractor – Working across London, Kent, Surrey & Hertfordshire

Our client are a Commercial Fitout Contractor based in London that are looking for a contracts manager to join their team. Works include Hospitals, Offices, Schools, Leisure Centre Fitouts

Duties for a Contracts Manager:

Ensuring contract compliance with the company’s policies and procedures

*

Managing contracts and services in accordance with company policies

*

Informing internal and external stakeholders of the status of contracts

MUST HAVE:

* SMSTS & CSCS Card

* First Aid

* Previous Commercial/Fitout experience
