Project Manager
A forward-thinking property and construction consultancy based in Central London is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team. Known for delivering high-quality commercial fit out, residential refurbishment, and blue light projects, this is an exciting opportunity for a driven Project Manager to progress their career in a dynamic, client-facing environment.
The ideal Project Manager will have experience delivering schemes across at least one of these sectors, and will be confident taking projects from inception through to completion. This consultancy operates within structured quality systems and places a strong emphasis on attention to detail and client satisfaction. The successful Project Manager will work closely with senior leadership and benefit from clear progression opportunities in a collaborative, professional setting.
The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will manage a range of projects typically valued between £1m and £15m, often within occupied buildings. Clients include blue light organisations, high-end residential owners and commercial landlords, requiring a proactive and professional approach to stakeholder engagement.
You will be responsible for procurement, programme management, contract administration and overseeing consultant teams to ensure successful project delivery. This role will also involve preparing fee proposals and supporting the growth of key client accounts across London and the South East.
The Project Manager
Degree qualified in a construction, surveying or project management discipline
Ideally working towards chartership (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM)
Previous consultancy experience in at least one of: commercial fit out, residential refurbishment, or blue light projects
Sound understanding of JCT contracts and procurement processes
Strong interpersonal skills and confident in a client-facing role
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems
