Work across all RIBA stages, from concept design through technical delivery and construction
Manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to programme, budget, and client expectations
Lead the interpretation of project briefs and development of design proposals through to detailed design
Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Coordinate design submissions and technical information, including drawings, reports, and specifications
Manage project fees and invoicing, with administrative support where required
Support the securing of new work and contribute to business development activities
Promote the practice and contribute to positive profile and PR
Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams while leading small project teams when required
Attend site visits and support regional project workIdeal Candidate
ARB-registered UK-qualified Architect
Strong design ability supported by a solid technical understanding
Proven proficiency in Revit (essential)
Professional experience within a high-quality, design-led architectural practice
Strong interest in large-scale projects, with the ability to manage smaller or multiple projects concurrently
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and lead small teams independently
Excellent drawing, presentation, and communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills with confidence in client-facing situations
Awareness of the sensitivities involved in client communication and presentations
Ability to balance competing workloads across multiple projects
Demonstrable experience coordinating technical information and design submissions
Full UK driving licence (essential)
